Arabian meat Soup

This is an easy to make soup with minimum ingredients but high in fat beneficial for lchf – keto diet followers. You should be aware that your fat intake should be between 100 – 120 gm per day and you should limit your protein intake t0 70 – 80 gm per day. You can have 200 gm to 250 gm of meat/day in two meals. In this recipe, an Arabian soup preparation is given. Meat used can be Mutton, Chicken, Beef or Camel as well. Cook according to the type used.

Arabian Meat Soup Recipe for LCHF – KETO Diet

Ingredients

Kabsa Masala (Meat Masala) – 1/2 table spoon

Mutton or Beef – 200gm along with tomato, green chilly and garlic

Cumin seeds – 1/4 teaspoon

Corriander Seeds – 1/4 teaspoon

Pepper Powder – 1/4 teaspoon

Cardamom – 3

Cinnamon powder, cloves powder, turmeric powder – 1 pinch each

Bay leaf – 1

Preparation

Add meat to cooker, add spices along with tomato, green chilli and onion. Add 5 cups of water, mix it. Cook it in medium flame according to type of meat used. Add salt to taste. Serve hot in a bowl.

Note – Tomato used should not be more than 2/person/day as well as onion should not be more than 3 tablespoon/person/day.
